Operations Director - Events Agency - N. England - £45-55k + benefits

This award-winning agency is looking for a 'big hitter' who can deliver complex live events, and mentor and guide their busy & experienced team as they deliver full range of events to an enviable client list. They create innovative brand solutions across events, digital, film and video, have in-house expertise across strategy, creative and delivery, and an excellent client list with new wins already in the bag for this year. As Project Director you'll be ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all event projects, and take the lead role on all large scale or complex event projects. You'll ensure the development of team members, mentor, and conduct appraisals, leading from the front in terms of exceptional event delivery. You'll have an excellent track record in a related senior project delivery role, with the proven ability to control large and logistically complicated event projects and budgets (£million +).
