Narelle Lester, Managing Director
Narelle became Managing Director of Regan & Dean in 2002.
Her recruitment career began in 1982 spending 12 years within a small specialist creative and media recruiter, progressing to the position of Managing Director. She also worked in Interim Management supplying senior executives to blue chip clients in industry.
Narelle joined forces with Regan & Dean in 1997 to create a division within the company dedicated to supplying the full range of executives to the Live Events, Conferences, Exhibitions & Communications industries. This is now one of the market leaders in its field.
